Only serious clients would be entertained,to proceed forward and give rates we would be requiring LOI and BCL from the buyers side ,we will only deal with those agents who have buyers mandate or LOI.

Payment terms: Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Confirm,Automatically Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) 100 % Payable at sight from the Prime Bank (Top 25 Ranking World Bank) acceptable by the Sellers Bank as payment for Every Shipment.
Inspection: Seller and Buyer mutually agree that an internationally recognized first class Independent Surveyor Company SGS shall be appointed at both designated loading and discharge ports, to assess the quality and quantity of the cargo according to fee agreed, the inspection costs to be shared 50 % Seller and 50 % Buyer as per the surveyors invoice.
